One Pot Lunch

12.30 on Tuesday February 12th

For our February lunch we are staying in the Languedoc with our menu! There will be a choice of starter: Stuffed Squid (contains pork) in a spicy rouille sauce or A thick Chestnut and Chorizo broth. For the main course we are serving a Bourride de Lotte, a Sète speciality. This is chunks of monkfish in an aioli based sauce. Dessert is to be confirmed. There will be a selection of different wines and coffee.
